Preheat oven to 300o F. Slice baguette into 1/4" round slices. On a flat baking sheet, bake bread slices for 10-12 minutes or until very crisp. Spread each toast with about 1/2 teaspoon of Bleufort. Return toasts to oven, increase heat to 450¡ F. Bake about 2 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
Serve warm or at room temperature as an hors d'oeuvre, with soup or salad, or as dessert, with fresh fruit.
