Fontina Rolls
Ingredients
Preheat the oven to 325¡ F. Cook the rice in salted water for 15 minutes. Once cooked, drain and spread the rice onto a plate to help it cool down. In a large mixing bowl, mix the rice, the Fontina, a little of the ham finely sliced, the egg yolks, and a pinch of pepper. Spread this mixture onto each slice of ham and roll the ham slices up. Fix them with toothpicks to prevent them from opening. Place the ham rolls in a baking dish and top them with a little sour cream. Cook in the oven for 10 minutes. Serve warm. Serves 4 |
