Turkey Breast with Fontina
Ingredients
Pound the turkey breasts until they are thin. Dredge each piece in flour and sautŽ them in a large casserole with butter until they are nicely browned. Sprinkle with white wine and place a slice of ham and then a slice of Fontina on each piece. Cover the sautŽ pan and let cook over low heat for another 7 to 8 minutes, until the Fontina is thoroughly melted. Serves 2 |
