A Reny Picot original, Picotina is a hard cured version of Edam, aged to bring out its full,
mature flavor. Drier, slightly crumbly and a little saltier than Edam, it retains the beautiful
carrot color and wears the red wax of Edam. This cheese is truly delicious on its own, or as
a grated topping.
